As an Account Executive for PrivacyPillar your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of clients. You will focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and ensuring that our software solutions meet their needs. ​

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching prospective clients, attending industry events, and networking with other professionals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, identify opportunities to add value, and resolve issues or concerns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and how they can be used to meet the needs of different clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and meet clients’ evolving needs.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients/customers to introduce our products and generate new business opportunities.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports and analysis to management.​

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in a SaaS company
  • Experience with data privacy and compliance, including cookie management, consent preference, and data subject access requests (DSAR)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably HubSpot
  • Previous experience running sales presentations/demos
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed

PrivacyPillar is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Executive to oversee the activities of our account executives and manage our customer accounts. You should have a strong understanding of sales and account management in the field of data privacy and compliance, as well as experience in managing and leading a sales team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of account executives to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • Set reasonable sales quotas to be achieved by the sales team.
  • Manage existing customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with our products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to retain existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and communicate how our products and services fulfill those needs.
  • Develop solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
  • Monitor key metrics such as revenue, client retention, and new business growth, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.​

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in a SaaS company.
  • Experience with data privacy and compliance including cookie management, consent preference, and data subject access requests (DSAR).
