Role Overview 

We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated Consultant – Privacy Solutions Architect to join our growing technology practice across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Bangalore. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical foundation who is passionate about data privacy and eager to work on the implementation of Privacy Pillar’s proprietary solutions within client environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across on-premises deployment setups at client sites. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Privacy Pillar’s solutions within client environments, including on-premises deployments. 

• Collaborate with client IT and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless installation, configuration, and integration of Privacy Pillar’s platform. 

• Conduct technical assessments of client environments to identify deployment requirements, dependencies, and potential risks. 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-deployment to ensure solution stability and performance. 

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including deployment guides, configuration records, and handover reports. 

• Work closely with internal consulting and product teams to relay client feedback and support continuous improvement of Privacy Pillar’s solutions. 

• Assist in conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer for client technical teams post-implementation. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 1+ year of experience in IT solution implementation, systems integration, or a related technical role. 

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field. 

• Hands-on experience with on-premises software deployment, system configuration, and infrastructure setup. 

• Basic understanding of data privacy concepts, regulations, or compliance frameworks is an advantage. 

• Familiarity with networking, server environments, and enterprise IT infrastructure. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. 

• Good communication and client-facing skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
