Role Overview 

We are looking for a curious and driven Sales Executive to support our growing Sales and Business Development function. This is an excellent opportunity is to gain hands-on exposure to the data privacy industry, understand market dynamics, and contribute to Privacy Pillar’s business growth through meaningful research and analysis. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend solutions to address their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, data privacy regulations, cybersecurity developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience in selling technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services is an added advantage.
