Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications and services using Golang (Go).
Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services.
Develop scalable and reliable microservices architecture.
Work with data structures, design patterns, and OOP concepts to deliver robust solutions.
Integrate and manage message queues (RabbitMQ, Workflow messaging systems).
Implement solutions with Gin framework and Temporal workflows.
Write optimized queries and work with PostgreSQL databases and ORM frameworks.

About the role: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth across privacy, data protection, and compliance offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B consultative sales, with a strong understanding of privacy frameworks, regulations, and enterprise customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Exposure: Experience selling both services (consulting, legal advisory) and SaaS/Tech products (e.g., GRC, Privacy Automation, DSR Platforms).
 • Territory Knowledge: Strong network and understanding of enterprise accounts within Mumbai.
 • Technical Ability: Ability to discuss privacy, data protection, and security solutions with both business and IT decision-makers.
 • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with GDPR, DPDPA (India), KSA/UAE PDPL, Singapore PDPA, HIPAA is highly preferred.
 • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in engaging Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and CXO-level

Adept at leading engineering teams from concept to production, with deep knowledge across frontend (React) and backend technologies, as well as SQL and NoSQL databases. Passionate about building robust, fault-tolerant systems and mentoring engineers to deliver impactful software solutions.

Key Key Skills & Experience:

• Programming Languages: Golang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (React)
• Architecture & Systems Design: Distributed systems, microservices, event-driven and workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal)
• Databases: Strong experience with major databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.
• API Development: Designing RESTful and gRPC APIs, optimizing for scalability and performance
